Does the air ambulance company hold an Air Carrier Certificate?

AirCARE1 is operated by Critical Air Response Enterprises LLC-dba AirCARE1. We own and operate our fleet of Learjet aircraft under our own Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate. We have a stellar safety record with no accidents or incidents.

Each air ambulance company operating for hire must operate under an FAA approved Part 135 Air Carrier operating certificate.  A Part 135 Air Carrier Certificate is approved by the FAA. Those companies that cannot produce a 135 Air Carrier Certificate are not legitimate air ambulance companies, or are brokers, and should be avoided at all costs.
