AirCARE1’s Newest Learjet 60 is Now Transporting Patients

AirCARE1 is pleased to announce the addition of its second Learjet 60. The Learjet 60 is the fastest, quietest, and most luxurious aircraft on the market and provides the most comfortable transport for patients.

This addition brings the fleet of AirCARE1 company owned aircraft to two Learjet 60’s, two Learjet 35’s and one Learjet 36. Each executive quality Learjet aircraft is equipped as an airborne intensive care unit enabling the medical team to perform live saving interventions.

About the Learjet 60 Aircraft

The Learjet 60 is the largest, fastest and quietest aircraft in the AirCARE1 fleet of five Learjet air ambulance aircraft. With speeds up to 485 mph, this aircraft can transport patients to their destination quicker and faster in a quieter environment than any other aircraft.

The Learjet 60 superior cruise performance is phenomenal with its ability to climb to a cruise level of 43,000 feet in less than fourteen minutes. The higher altitude ensures a faster and smoother ride above any adverse weather conditions which provides better comfort and peace of mind for our patients. The aircraft has a range of 2,150 to 2,350 nautical miles with a total flight duration of five to five -and-a-half hours which allows for nonstop service from coast to coast.

The luxurious executive quality interior features a full stand-up cabin with additional executive style seating for family members, as well as a private lavatory for added convenience that provides peace of mind and ultimate patient comfort.

During transport, each patient is provided with holistic methods of noise cancelling headsets with therapeutic music and hand massages with aromatherapy. This provides for a more comfortable and quiet environment for the patient and their family members.
